Safe, Convenient Home Dialysis Support in Minnesota — PD or HD, We Can Help
At 1 on 1 Comprehensive Healthcare Solution, we understand that dialysis is not one-size-fits-all. Thanks to modern technology, patients now have the option to perform dialysis safely at home, with our team providing coordination, training support, and ongoing support.
Peritoneal Dialysis (PD): PD uses the lining of the abdomen to filter waste and can be done at home, often overnight while you sleep. It offers greater flexibility, fewer clinic visits, and more independence for patients. Our staff helps with teaching, setup, infection prevention, and ongoing monitoring.
Hemodialysis (HD): HD removes waste and fluid using a dialysis machine. While many patients still visit clinics for treatment, home HD is now possible with proper training and equipment. We help coordinate with nephrologists and dialysis centers to ensure treatments are safe, effective, and tailored to your schedule.
With both PD and HD options, we’re here to guide/support patients and families through education support, care planning, and support. Our goal is to make home dialysis a safe, comfortable, and empowering choice for every individual.
We are able to help with both PD/HD support. Call us at 763-299-0025 for intake evaluation.

Two of the largest companies are DaVita Kidney Care and Fresenius Medical Care, which operate multiple dialysis clinics across the state, including in the Twin Cities, St. Cloud, Rochester, and Duluth. In addition to these national leaders, Minnesota also has hospital-based dialysis programs and independent clinics that work with nephrologists to provide in-center and home dialysis options.
