We are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized services in a home-like environment for individuals with complex medical and mental health needs.
Led by Proven Expertise
Our organization is owned and operated by a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with over 20 years of healthcare experience, including:
- 10+ years treating patients with acute mental illness
- 5+ years caring for individuals with dialysis, ESRD, AKI, and CKD
- 5+ years of ICU experience in medical and surgical units
- 5+ years as a Nurse Practitioner
State-Approved, Person-Centered Care
All our homes are licensed and certified by Minnesota Department of Health. Our Assisted Living homes meet the standards set by the state of Minnesota to provide community-based customized assisted living and 245-D services. Our customized living facilities are designed to promote independence, dignity, and overall well-being.
