At 1 on 1 Comprehensive Healthcare Solution, we provide home dialysis support services across Minnesota, helping adults perform peritoneal dialysis (PD) and home hemodialysis (HHD) safely in the comfort of their own home. We also have 5 persons Licensed Assisted Living Facility that are customized to meet your need in a home setting.
Our program is led by a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of healthcare experience, including more than 5 years focused on dialysis care and ICU management. We also have an experienced Patient Care Technician (PCT/Dialysis Technician) on staff to provide hands-on support with daily treatments, equipment, and infection prevention.

Experienced Leadership in Dialysis Care
Our founder is a DNP Nurse Practitioner with full prescriptive authority in Minnesota, he has extensive dialysis experience, and ICU expertise. Daily support is also provided by our on-staff PCT, ensuring safety, infection prevention, and patient education during dialysis treatments.

Instead, we partner with your nephrologist and dialysis center to ensure you can safely receive dialysis at home using the latest technology. With advancements in home dialysis care, our patients are able to transition treatments either within one of our licensed 5-person community homes or in the comfort of their own home. All dialysis are provided in consultation and with approval of your nephrologist and dialysis center.
